It's possible to pick an order up the same day, as long as it is placed, paid for and sent to print before noon. However, it is not possible to deliver a package on the same day via FedEx, UPS, etc. The same day shipping policy states that single quantity orders can ship out the same day, not that they will be delivered on the same day.
