I got my photos done at Walgreens and paid a renewal fee of $120. It may take a while (6-8 weeks) We overnighted the paperwork to Miami on or around 6/17. Just received the postal notice that I missed the delivery today. Hope that's helpful.
Although we don't have any direct personal experience with them there is a place fairly near to the Consulate that advertises that they specialize in passport and visa photography.
