My schedule time is 12 can I go at 11 instead or will I be turned away at the door? Tia

In their FAQ they say if you need to change the time of your visit, just give them a call. I'm pretty sure it will be no issue.

I was there this weekend and our scheduled time was 4pm, we went around 2:30pm with no issues. Honestly, I personally don't believe they are restricting access based on your scheduled time.
