I dropped my Nikon D7000 now my lens is rattling and sticking a little when I zoom in and out. I am thinking I need to replace the lens. It is a Nikon 18 X 200 mm. what do you think? can the lens be fixed? Jane

Bring it into KEH, they have a whole repair department with over 40yrs experience. Their repair quotes are also free and a ton faster then Nikon ever will be.

Nikon will do a free repair estimate if you send the defective lens to a factory repair facility. They may also offer a renewed and warranted version of the lens if the repairs are too expensive. I had the same lens and had them return it to me unrepaired. Good luck 👍
