I’m just leaving from a Friday 6pm appointment. I got a pedicure & Ken did EXCELLENT. I was seated on time for my appointment, despite it being very busy. He cut my nails exactly how I asked him, and my polish job looks VERY good. The guy at the front does great making sure every customer is seated quickly. I’ll definitely be back to see Ken.

Worst experience. The manager is so shady. She charged me an extra 50 bucks for a new full set because I told her what shape and length I wanted.thats stupid! It's a new set! How are you going to charge extra for picking a size and shape! Shady old lady!!!

I've been here three times. The first two times were decent but this time was horrible because of the older woman that did my toes. She was not pleasant. She was almost rude and unwilling to adhere to my requests. For instance, I requested that my big toe be filed down more than what it already was. Her response was blatantly no. I explained that I was not happy the way that my big toe looked and she said well. Let me get the manager. The manager came over. He was pleasant. He explained that if they filed my big toe down anymore, the nail might crack and if I was okay with that, he would proceed with filing the big toe down. I confirm that I was okay with that. She filed the big toe down very sloppily and ultimately I left unhappy. I also requested that I get hand designs done but she seemed unable to understand what I was asking for. She asked me multiple times I explained multiple times and she said she wasn't able to do the hand designs But her daughter would. Her daughter came and obviously because I didn't have a pleasant experience with the mom. The daughter was being a little snippy so I foregoed the hand design and decided to just do regular nail polish. Because I was frustrated, I decided to leave a $1 tip and I will never go back again.
