If I could give them zero stars I would. The fact that I've stayed with this office out of my own laziness and complacency has only served to cause multiple problems for myself time and time again. From never answering their phone to never returning messages, appointments starting three hours late, not calling in medications and messing up insurance claims the list goes on. Eff this place, I'm done.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Been seeing dr Golightly for years, he’s a great doctor and I’ve never had issues with him but the front office ladies NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE HOW DO YOU EVEN RUN THE BUISNESS?!

Update: This place has really gone down hill over the past few months. I've tried to call the office to make an appointment now for about a week and a half (*I've called roughly 127 times [72 times just today]) and I've left quite a few messages but NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE NOR DO THEY RETURN YOUR CALLS. This is absolutely ridiculous for this sort of a practice. Since these people wont call me back Im going to run out of my medication and I'm not sure how this is gonna go. Do these people even care?

I have been coming here for a while. Love the staff! If you work with them, they will 100% work with you. Good doctors, good receptionist, life changing experience.

If you are one of the people who is has in his file for consent to receive imformation which is in his files and this does allow additional rights to you on all and any course of action you feel is important to his health benefits.Mental health issues are different from general health as with his regular doctor.Mental health is a problem which can and should envole more than just the patient doctor privilege. As you have the right as one for who is on the consent form I would think you could.I have with problem myself with a family member and ask to see the files or have course treatment.I have also disided what and how I felt should be the course care for said family member. All you have to do is ask .Not saying I'm 100 percent right but all they say is no or ask you son to sign the consent of imformation.
Yeah they tell me the same thing the front staff is full of lies and the most unprofessional staff I have ever met
