The pet policy at Carriage Mobile Homes, Inc is as follows: we are a pet friendly community with a 30 lb weight limit for dogs & no vicious or mixed vicious breeds. Cats are also welcome but must remain inside. All animals must have current vaccines and be licensed with the Township. There is a one time non- refundable pet charge, and small monthly fee to have a pet in the home. Please call our offices to discuss the terms for an ESA or Guide animal.

I believe they say 2 cats and no dogs, but I see some people walking a dog.
