It's just moving weights up and down bending useing your legs step up on boxes then back down
The test is not hard, if you can pass you physical for your CDL then you should be able to pass the test.
I don't remember for sure if this company had one, if we did, it was simply moving plastic milk crates with about 50# in them from the floor to shelves and back. The highest shelf was about 5.5 ft. off the ground and then the three step stair step up and down. We do have a range of motion test, so bring a pair of shorts with you and a loose fitting shirt if you don't want to do it shirtless. This is not a pass or fail test, they just put electrodes all over you on your muscles and then have you move certain ways like bending, raising your legs and etc. The machine shows where you are limited and feeling pain. This is mostly done so you can't come in with an old injury and try to sue them saying you did it working here.
