Is it okay for your employees to be rude to your customers? I can't help but notice from your comments from others this seems to be a real issue. Why is your staff trusted over the community around giving such feedback? Two sides, Don't you think?

When I went the staff were not helpful with resolving my issue. Also the place smelled horrible.

I too have never been treated disrespectfully by the staff. I find them to be very helpful!

I have never had an issue with any of the staff. They are very polite and helpful.

I've never had any issue with the staff. In fact, one time I owed money and the guy was nice about it.

I have no problem with the staff there they are always nice to you and answer any questions you may have
