Yes they do use silver sneakers I am a member of silver sneakers myself so I know for a fact I did they do use them and it's totally free with Humana silver sneakers you'll pay nothing it's a great deal of course that's for the $10 a month plan if you want them or a bigger plan the $21 a month plan you don't have to pay the $11 difference but just for the individual the $10 plan get you everything except for massages and tanning bed all the machines are available with the $10 plan the only thing again you can't do is get free tanning and a free massage from machine also you can't take a partner the $21 plan is for two people or you and a guest

That's a good question I really don't know if they do but you could either call or check out there website for more info on that. I know certain places like YMCA does but Planet Fitness not really sure about that...
