i'm upset because my order was screwed up. my coffee was wrong. they didn 't put my fries in my bag!! i order a large coffee got a small. i had to wait outside ,because the coffee was being cooked. then when they came out the order wrong

Best thing to do is call and speak to the manager so the manager can make things right with you and work with the employees to ensure they understand the importance of customer satisfaction. No customers no job.

Everything was fine for me even through the construction mess. Gotta remember this store is in God's waiting room so they are always madder than a wolverine. So take complaints with a grain of salt
