If you paid with cash and lost receipt, its store credit. They will ask for a driver license too. Because the store credit there is now tied to the person returning, drivers license. But if you paid with a debit/credit card, they can pull up your receipts and do a full refund.
Pretty sure they will let you exchange for store credit in first 30 (if not 60) days. No cash back without receipt
W/out receipt maybe store credit, definitely no cash back
As far as I know you stil need a receipt. I still would try even if you don't have a receipt each store will with you to help satifie your needs.
