Most garbled message you will ever hear on their answering service. Couldn't speak to anyone to make the appointment and their front doors were locked during business hours with no one at the front desk.

Good luck with that those offices don't even care about making appointments to let alone helping people with tax information. Drove over an hour away to go and their door was locked couldn't even go in so even if you do have an appointment not like you can get in

Go to the IRS or make an appointment and just request w-2 transcripts from 2013. They'll print it out and your on your way. But Salisbury if there is a bunch of ppl then you'll wait a while. Salisbury is appointment only but if they don't have anyone they'll see you.
Yes. As long as there was some form of taxes being paid. Some states dont tax for their state. Bus as long as they took even the smallest amount they should mail you one or give it to you at your job. That's why you should keep your address updated so they're able to send things to your correct address.
