y'all they get paid so little.... what can you honestly expect from someone who gets paid the DC minimum? if you want better customer service, consider advocating for higher starting wages. it's much easier to take pride in work if you feel valued by coworkers and the company. I work in the customer service industry and once our store got a decent pay bump morale improved, people came in ready to work because they felt valued. :)
Omiseun - very good question: I can say as a professional, that some in that store and other stores have some type of attitude Swagger about them, and then some with in that's store don't, is a sticky issue but I feel exactly what you're saying 100%
Sorry that you have experience that, but I have never experienced anyone being rude to me at Walmart on h st 🙂
