Why in the world can't nobody answer the phones at Wal-Mart H st.? It is sad that you have to go all the way up there and them not have the product. Please help me to understand all departments ain't that busy.

Idk If HR Or Corporate see these comments or what but it sad that every time you called no one answer the phone it's pathetic then you take a trip there and they don't have what you are looking for if you would've answered the phone then I won't have a attitude HR plz fix this at least you can set up a call schedule

How do you run a business and you don't answer the phone but you want people to come send money in your business Wow SMH. What sense does that make. People bring money money come from people so the phone l should be answered Everytime hire someone to answer the phone all day greeters can do that too.

Guess What! Neither does the Georgia Avenue Store nor their toll free Customer Service answer. I guess having a telephone contact number is just to make Walmart look customer friendly.

Does anyone use the Walmart mobile app.or website to check availability? Or shop online for pick-up at the store?

Didn't answer my phone call and then I got yelled at by an assistant manager

just tried to call my self-today, three different times. NO answer as well. Just crazy how you think your the best that ever done it, people start to drink your kool-aid, and they don't know or understand who they will get jacked around by you until it actually happens. So sad, I try and stay out of all Walmarts.

Same thing at target on 14th st NW n I work there n as employee you cant get thru to say u running late or calling out its frustrating n I be there n see them ignoring the calls n when u us employees say anything nothing being handled target CEOs care nothing bout there employees nor their quest who spend their money in their stores smdh n the list goes on so glad I'm finally leaving nobody cares it's all bout money so I feel you I called my store l7je 25times to say I was running real late due to metro n NO one answered but yet they either write u up or cut your hrs petty 👎
