In my honest opinion and as I have been to that store the management style of some of the representatives are really not totally in sync with customers request or calls or service like I said some of their store Representatives and it's really sad
Are you sure you have the correct number. The store is in DC there is a ton of homeless they have to deal with. It was fine when I went but I'm 50 and white. I did see that there very suspicious of everyone who comes in. I was asked by a few people if I knew what I wanted in that store. Not to help me find it but to check if I was just loitering.
