Hi, Whenever I've brought trash to the Fort Totten facility the employees have removed the items from my car. When you pull in they'll ask you what you have & direct you to the proper area for drop off.
You are responsible for dumping your own items unless you're using the facility for the Household Hazardous Waste program
If you live in Maryland are you allowed to dump?
