Best is to call them. Last time when there was 1pm open for public. Prepare to wait in line for about 30-40 mins

For the public they open from 1 to 5 pm. Unfortunately, with the way things have been, trash has backed up for everyone. Plus, they have reduced the size of the space where we can dump, So expect a wait. I was in a long line that took me an hour and a half to get inside to the pile. Good luck !!😃

Your wait will depend on how early before 1P u get there and how many people still got there earlier. Either way, you might have to wait early or wait late; I would gamble early😊. And u might be lucky and have a short wait.
