No just a suggested donation
This is something that confused me initially. No. There is not a fee to enter. However, they ask for donations, & suggest $15 for adults & $10 for kids. You can donate any amount you wish, or nothing at all. They have a 4d experience that costs like $8 or $10 & it's worth it. Enjoy!
As previously mentioned by others, they ask for donations. They recommend $15 for adults and $10 for children. They said that this is the amount it cost to service each person. If you cannot afford the recommended donation amounts, they will graciously accept whatever you can afford to give. Certain exhibits cost an additional fee. They advise you upon entry. You can bypass the add-on events to avoid extra expenses. The rest of the museum covers so much that you may not even miss it. They have 5-6 floors in the museum. It's more about preference.
Suggested donation for adult $15 and $10 child $5 for entry Washington simulations
In addition to the donated money for tickets, they currently have two exhibits which cost $8 for entry. One of them is on the 5th floor, the other one is Yerushalaim (Jerusalem) and Rome.
Tommy and Philip made the correct answer
It is not a fee. A suggested donation of $15 for adults and $10 for children is recommended. You can pay what you want though.
It's actually called a "suggested donation" by the museum ($15 for anyone over 12 years old). Keep in mind, this museum is not funded in any way by the Federal government so they depend wholly on donations to keep operations going. The $15 is well worth the content and information contained in the museum.
Yes. There is a fee for adults and a fee for children
