Is there easy parking

Parking garages nearby and the metro within easy walking distance

There are parking garages near (about half a block). They are $15-25, which is average in DC for garage parking. There is also limited street parking but I don't know how much it is. You may want to compare how much you'll pay for Metro and parking to determine which option is best for you.

There might be some parking but not particularly easy or cheap. We parked outside the city and took the metro. Its an easy walk from the station

I would say no. Our family took the " hope on and off bus".
