yes, you have show your vaccination card, if you decide to eat at the restaurant inside the musuem. to see just the exhibits, no.

I believe every museum in DC is required to since January 15, 2022, as are restaurants, theaters and many other venues

No you don't have to show anything. Masks are mandatory, however.
