I was born in La Paz, and my parents in my adolescence turned me into an American citizen. For work reasons do I need to give up my Bolivian citizenship, what do I need to renounce it? Thanks for the reply

As far as I know, you do not need to give up and it is useful, particularly, to visit Bolivia. You can keep your identity card in a very personal way. I suggest you visit the Consulate office in Washington, DC, in case you are interested in writing a letter of resignation that should be notarized.
