I was at your store 05142019 and among other things purchased paint. There was a display advertising rebate for the paint. After purchasing discovered that the sale did not start til the next day. How can I get the rebate?

Ask the store if they'll allow you to refund it and repuchase it on the day it starts. Or ask them for a discount for a future purchase. They worse that can happen is they'll say no, but it's worth a try.

You cant, it specifically has to show on receipt that the paint was purchased between advertised dates.
