I have an accident last nov. 1 and until now i am still waiting for settlement. I see most people are happy because they got paid for a short time. But mine i was told it will takes up to 15 month to claim. Is this really the practice of lawyers?

Depending on state your in and your case they can be longer settling.

mine took that long the other insurance companies take a long time to settle and it depends on how long you have been treated for your injuries and if you are still being treated.
