Why do some people have such good remarks..get the exact help they need..answers they need..advice they seek..while others get the run around & pushed to the point of an emotional or mental breakdown.

Apparently I got a worthless case worker. I've called Adam Mincks every day and left messages for almost a week and he doesnt have the decency to return my calls. I reported him to his supervisor but I haven't heard back from her yet.
