I have checked the website for first hair offerings for babies. I find out the puja procedure and things required for that but my question is somehow is there any one who can do complete head shave in temple after puja?

The puja procedure is done in the temple and the priest just cuts a small amount to start it off. But you have to go to a barbers place to do the complete head shave

No temple allows tonsure/shaving within its premises. SSVT is no exception.

The answer is no as confirmed by the priest. Full Head shave can only be done outside at a barbers.
