Yes, it's horrible. Very hot inside the apartments and we are lied to by management about it.Very hard to clean home and sleep, too.

Yes! Currently there is no a/c in the apartments and it frequently gets extremely hot even when it is on.

Suffering, so so hot, maintenance said to keep all Windows and doors closed, so AC can work, it is getting 2 degrees hotter and hotter by the hour

Maison and Co | Oct 21, 2019

Yes. Easily. The management is either too cheap or doesn't plan ahead about turning the AC on early enough. Even when they turn it on, expect it to be either not working or shut off 1/5 of the times in the middle of the summer. This means AVERAGE of 85 inside your apartment homes.

Not only does the temperature go up to 85 degrees or even higher, there is one actual employee of the Parliaments who goes to his buddy's place every night during the summer because he cannot stand the "burning alive" and sweating temperature during the summer time. Imagine the hypocrisy of this residential place. their own employee escapes the heat because the building insulation and all the equipment is from 70-80 years ago. This is a fact. Please run the other way and look for more modern apartments with updated energy efficiency standards. Additionally, what the management does not tell you is that there is communal billing system. You don't have an individual apartment meter. No matter what you consume, you will be paying for other tenants in your building if your lifestyle means that you typically use less. Management does not tell you this when you tour the community. Beware it is a huge rental scam. They tell you you have no hidden fees. Utilities are a big hidden cost. Run!

Ok I don't know where yall live in there but the only thing that sucks is waiting for the ac to be switched on. That cant be done until it is a certain temp over night for X amount of time
