Best bet is to order online, but if you want to order just go to the concession stand a few minutes prior to your movie. They will hook you up
I order online, you can pick your time and what seats you prefer. Just keep your reciept and show them at the food and drink stations. They will point out which theater you're in. Make sure that you have the Hagerstown one instead of Frederick when ordering and purchasing.
