When you need a new recycling bin what you do is call 311 and ask for sanitary department or select on your phone. Your call will be sent directly to recycle or sanitary then you tell them you need a replacement bin and they will send a supervisor out to your house with a brand new can or bin☺️😉 simple and free at charge.
If you have a broken bin or cart...set it out for the switch out...the County recycles the broken one. Service is typically several business days.
