Just like Steven said, explain the situation. We suggest to the customers to always use a credit or debit card for their purchases, this way if you lose your receipt, the store will use the card to retrieve any purchase history.
Possibly; just explain your situation, and someone will help you out. This store has always been good with me the few times I’ve had similar issues. It always helps to have an account with them (just your phone number), or if you pay with a card (debit or credit).
