Checked in on line, arrived on time at 12.30pm, only 2 people there sat in the chair already having a hair cut, 45 minutes later and still sat there with same 2 guys getting there hair cut, I have never seen such slow stylists ever, after waiting the 45 mins I finally gave up and left, and totally understand a long wait at busy times, but the place was empty, drove over to Sport Clips on Goodlette and was sat in the chair within minutes, 20 mins later all done, not sure what was wrong with the employees on Livingston road but geez they need to sort it out, will never use again at that location. :(
