Go on the website to the upper left hand side where it says make an appointment or join the line. Just be aware it's all apartments are made online currently there is a 60 to 90 day wait for appointments. It would be better for you to join the line and do an early morning walk in. The office doors open at 8:30 a.m. so you would join the line at 8:30 a.m. You will need to be close or in the parking lot when you make that appointment because things move very fast first thing in the morning. If you're on your way and we tell you you have 5 minutes 10 minutes etc then will we text you hit M for more time. It will add approximately 20 minutes to your arrival time. And allow you to get there. See you then receptionist at the desk and let them know that you have joined the line. We used the last four of your cell phone and you will continually be updated on your cell phone. We will call you by 1 2 3 4 whatever your cell phone number is and then tell you which window to go to.
