Because the attitudes of the servers i.e waiters or wait staff sucks and always complaining to the guest about theyre in house issues which makes me not wanting to eat at that location ever again even when its slow.

Whent with my fam on Christmas and my waitress he was very nice and polite but the kitchen staff and management their where horrible.
Let me ask you a question,why does it take an hour and twenty minutes to get your food there
