We open our doors at 12:30. You can call anytime after 12:00 (No one will be there prior to that) for any other questions you may have about movies.
Usually about a half hour before the movie starts.
I've tried to call the theater and tried to research this tirelessly with no luck. However it's been my experience in the past its slightly before the first movie time, about 30 minutes. Of course that may not be the case when it comes to a huge movie like infinity war. I hope this helps at least a little bit!?
