Where do I begin! The lack of training as a”Splitter”, being told it’s a performance job that requires you to produce 75% or higher in this position, with the type of system that fails your performance along with technical issues such as, a slow gladiator, with consistent rebooting issues or having to change it out. You will have no support or backup when it occurs. You have to split items every second and when you don’t your percentage drops. The manager wouldn’t speak unless spoken to. Very rude individual with poor lack of acknowledge of various cultures. Favoritism amongst the workers, especially those who basically have mastered this type of job. Your percentage helps their bonus!!! Anything below they TERMINATE you. Do not seek employment here. The place is FILTHY with cobwebs falling from the ceiling in the break room area. A dirty women's bathroom with a dirty stall in it that was initially the mens bathroom😮. I hope they post this!!!!!!

Drop yard is a little tight in the back, but other than that, plenty of room. Can park outside gate if load isn't ready
