Is this family oriented? We have some children and small ATVs as well. Is there places dry enough for smaller ATVs

Absolutely family friendly. Yes plenty of dry areas! Swimming, fishing, boating, ect. They have zip lines, culvert slides too! Oh and plenty of mud for great family pics!
