We were turned around at the door due to a birthday cake. I have 3 kids and they wanted me to book and pay for a party of 10 to allow the cake in the building. I don’t even know 10 people with kids. We ended up driving an hour and 15 minutes to Snellville where they were happy to accommodate our small family for free as long as we didn’t bring regular food in. No problem! Also they have go carts! Going forward I’ll take my money to Snellville where they care about families vs money.

Unorganized chaos. There’s no way to identify if a child has come in or come out with you. There’s no one actively supervising the children. Doesn’t really matter which option of ticket you purchase because no one is checking. The seating area was extremely dirty for the amount of employees I seen. The exit door that is suppose to alarm if opened was opened and not one alarm went off. Dangerous considering it’s right next to the bathroom. I give it a 3 because my kids begged to go and truly enjoyed themselves. As a adult if you bring your child please keep a eye on them. There is a police presence, but still keep a eye on your kids which is ultimately your responsibility anyway. I would recommend management and a employee or three in each section. Working with kids can be stressful but be patient and most of all proactive and not reactive.

Great place, service is just ok though. I can’t really blame them considering all the wild kids but even the guy in the party room was super dry. It would also be cool if there was a sock dispenser rather than waiting for staff to take your size and get out the back. That area was super disorganized.

For the money u pay the kids should be able to enjoy it all. They did but, too much money for nothing. I can take them to the playground n spend less.

Yes but the one in Georgia is really small in Jonesboro. And you can only play uncertain playgrounds inside and most of them are shut down
