Besides the money difference to see the movie here is somewhat of an explanation: RealD 3D and Imax Digital 3D both utilize passive 3D technology, which makes use of relatively lightweight eyewear. These passive 3D glasses use polarizing filters to allow each eye to see a slightly different image. This is why the glasses can sometimes seem darker in one eye than the other–it’s meant to block out certain spectrums of light. The glasses at Imax theaters are larger, to compensate for the larger field-of-view at those auditoriums. Both these technologies are also digital, which means that you’ll get a clean image and none of the image noise or “cigarette burns” that are visible from regular film projectors.
3d is what you already know just 3d Btx is "bow tie xtreme" it has a 2000 sqft screen that 10 4k projectors cover (so one projector projects 1/10th of the filim) it also has Dolby atoms which is 360 surround sound where you can hear sounds from all angles even above, and there seems to be rumble moters in the seats but it doesn't make you sick it's just a light rumble So in short bigger screen but not as big as Imax, and great speakers
