Purchased a snowboard recently online. Read reviews about it being a smaller shop and that sometimes shipping is a little delayed... Not the case... It arrived to me within a week (I live in western NY). The box was a little weird but there was a nice note inside apologizing, but arrived basically intact. There was a mark on the under side of the board that looked like it happened before shipping (another board swiping against while on display possibly) however I bought off-season for a great price. It was the exact board I wanted, in the right size so overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again!

Josh was super friendly. My son is just getting into the skating scene and me being a skater when I was young, I was amped to find a REAL skate shop like the ones I used to frequent. Pure is THAT shop. We got some new wheels and pads. Josh even had my son help install the bearings and the wheels and showed him how to adjust his trucks. Great lesson!! Went to the skate park and he was tearing it up! Doesn't matter your skill level, Pure is the spot. Definitely coming back!

I ordered some half-cabs and a Dorsia shirt from Pure recently. It was shipped super quick and they even added some shop stickers and a handwritten note telling me my shoes were dope(they are)! Love to support small skate shops and Pure is legit, I definitely recommend!
