I am housebound, and used the app to order groceries. It shows my order ready to deliver, but it is still sitting ready. I am concerned about the meats not being refrigerated. How long do the groceries sit waiting for someone to deliver?

Refrigerated items are kept cold prior to leaving for delivery and are exposed to heat no longer than if you shopped for yourself.

They have a refrigerator they keep the cold items in

There website states Schedule a delivery, and your order will arrive in as soon as 1 hour. I would think that refrigerated items would be kept cold to prevent any spoilage.
