What is the reason why your license was restricted?
Not quite sure what restricted means but if it was a suspension like I had, I needed: 1. Government issued ID (Passport/Certified Birth Certificate) 2. Two pieces of official mail from the state/govt/credit card bill/W2/MVA 3. $ For the reinstatement fee ($20-25 I believe)
