Need to renew my drivers license. I have my s.s card, marriage license, proof of residency, w2’s. But I can’t find my birth certificate and I’m running out of time. Is the birth certificate a must if I have everything else?

Stacie, if you changed your name, you also need the document showing that, such as your marriage license.

If your name is the same you don't need a Birth Certificate
