No there's not I'm sorry to tell you that I don't know where you're coming from or where you live but there is a couple of free bridges to cross into Pennsylvania and you can run Interstate 95 south. Then it'll bring your rate down into Delaware one of those bridge is the Trenton makes the world takes Bridge across the street has not seen their cross in the Pennsylvania right there put you on Route 1 and take Route 1 to 95 and go south EZ passes accepted and the tolls have gone up on that bridge so my suggestion if you're concerned on that bridge price-wise go around to take the Trenton makes Bridge right there there's the two Bridges right there in that spot there to give you free access cross over to Pennsylvania enjoy your trip wherever you're going and that is a beautiful bridge but I have not heard them giving seniors discounts that's a good question maybe you could call down andcheck through the toll booth commission down there but I haven't heard that yet good luck enjoy
