Is there a group of folks in the area who will drive cars over the bridge for people who have bridge phobia? If so, how do I contact them?

You can try calling the Delaware River & Bay Authority to ask, or perhaps the DE State Police. Last resort - a lovely trip on the Lewes ferry to Cape May. Watch for dolphins!

If u know locally there other then that I don't think there's any group like that , its a very strong bridge nothing will happen if you drive over it
