Pretty loud. I prefer the COVID stringed instruments.
I'm assuming you mean restrictions. I believe they are limiting the number of people and you have to register online in advance and they require masks, but I'm not sure how strict they are. If you go during the week it's usually pretty empty and you might have a whole room to yourself. I've heard it can get crowded on the weekends still.
