I went there yesterday for the first time. All the employees were so polite. The service was fast. I was impressed. I can’t understand all the bad reviews. Some people just like to complain about everything. Keep up the good work.

Excellent experience. No better care anywhere.

Its hit and miss with this place. Mostly miss. Takes about 2 months to get seen(in all my appts) The PCM will spend maybe 5 minutes in the office before leaving as they have better things to do than treat or talk to us patients. Nurses make rude comments that really shouldn't be said by a health care providers. I will most likely start paying to be seen from my works medical as apposed to going here, it is just aggravating. 20 yrs of service and it's worse than the treatment I received when I was active duty

I was just there last week and labs were by appointment. If you do walk-in you may have to wait a bit. Best to call them and double check and they can set up an appointment if needed. Clinic # 717 590-1560

Yes you can.
Yes
Lab is walk in, no appt necessary. 1 week prior to your appt is perfect. Lab hours are monday through friday from 715 to 1115 am
You can walk in from 8 to 4, but you might be subject to waiting awhile until they have seen their scheduled patients. It might be advantageous to call your nurse first.

Need to enter it yourself. Www.myhealth.va.gov. sign up n enter info. You can take info with you to appt but they usually don't enter it. It's also an easy way to keep track of appts, lab work and prescriptions
No
It takes about 30 days to get it going, and they take 8 dollars a month for being a member
