It rained. They had the event. It was actually quite well attended. Some mud here and there, but most displays were inside a barn or in a tent. Next time, if it rains, take an umbrella and go!
No, it won’t. Bring your boots and umbrella. Many of the vendors and events are indoors and everyone else is in a tent. :)
