I dont think the store is new.
Store has been there awhile and the sign is old.
The store is not new and like all retail stores, they are closing as many as possible that way people will travel to the ones left that already have the most profit already. Unfortunately, there are not enough people in the US that shop at stores anymore.people don't realize that to run the store you have to pay for the property you have to pay insurance you have to pay the workers you have to pay the corporation and if you only have 10 customers a day you can't really do that so say they close 15 down within 20 mi radius while then the one that everybody was still have those 10 customers from the 15 different locations but at one place.
