If you are a bradley beach resident the card is free if not is $25. If you dont want the card then they offer a guess pass for 20min but it can be longer if you need it. And if you want to print anything is 10 cents a page not 25
Yes. Twenty five cents a,page and you need to use their computers. I think they can get you a guest pass if you don't have a card.
