First of all make sure the service for transfer from your airport or train arrival stations are included in your Italian itinerary. If so then let your tour manager know the time and date of your arrival, they will arrange for transfer. If it is not then you can take a cab or train into the city, there are also private shared transfers to the hotel from FCO airport
